Checklist
Documents to be submitted along with Application form

Personal Details:

For Resident individuals:

• Salary certificate / letter from employers mentioning Designation. Total services, gross salary, particulars of deduction. Net salary etc.
• It Assessment order/income tax Return/From-16(For the last 3 years)
• Age Proof for applicant/co-applicant (school certificate, Birth certificate, etc.)
• Residence proof (telephone bill, passport, voter Identity card, Diving licence, etc.,)
• Bank Account statement for the last six months
• Assets /Liability statement (as per format)
• IT pan card (Wherever applicable)
• Passport size photographs (3 Nos.)
• Employer’s Profile (Wherever necessary)
• Originals to be produced for verification

For non-residents:

• Salary certificate/letter from employers (Preferably in their letter head – in original) mentioning Name, Designation, total services, gross salary, deductions net salary etc. This certificate should be attested by notary Public/Indian Embassy / state bank of India branch situated in the place of employment.
• Attested copies of passport/visa and work permit.
• Passport size photograph (3 Nos.)
• Details of NRE account (Bank name, Branch, Account Number, Date of opening etc.)
• Power of attorney (as per specimen) in case the applicant is not available for execution of loan documents.
